Niyazi Suleymanov (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the sole developer and data controller for the JestPlus mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy sets out how we use and protect your personal data that you provide to us, or that is otherwise obtained or generated by us, in connection with your use of the App. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you“ refers to you, the user of the App.
The App is intended for individuals aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under the age threshold that applies in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in parts of the EU). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We do not collect voice, video recordings, or precise geolocation.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We disclose it only under certain circumstances when required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We keep personal data for as long as you maintain an account. When you delete your account, we erase or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless longer retention is required for legal obligations or dispute resolution.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will let you know via email prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
